Easy Returns. We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund — just make sure it reaches us within this timeframe.

To start a return or cancellation, simply fill out our Returns Form below.

If you’re cancelling under your 14-day cooling-off period, please complete the form within 14 days of receiving your order. For returns made after this period (but within 28 days), please note that original delivery charges won’t be refunded.

We kindly ask that all items are returned in their original condition and packaging, with any tamper-evident stickers or identifiers left intact. This helps us confirm that the item came directly from Punk & Poodle and keeps our returns process fair and secure for everyone.

All returns — whether due to change of mind or reported issues — are handled in line with our Claim Verification & Anti-Fraud Measures, which support authenticity checks and help prevent the growing issue of product swapping and staged returns.

  • Within 14 calendar days to exercise my cooling-off period (this entitles me to a refund of the original delivery charges).
  • After 14 calendar days (I understand that the original delivery charges will not be refunded).

Note:
The 14-day cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order. This includes weekends and bank holidays. However, if the 14th day falls on a bank holiday or weekend, the period will automatically extend to the next working day.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning their unwanted item(s), To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with sufficient, undamaged packaging and any tags still attached. Any damage or wear to packaging beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, may result in a deduction from your refund.

Furthermore, please be aware that any loyalty points earned on items that you return will be deducted from your loyalty account. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

Returns & Refunds FAQ's

Claim Verification & Anti-Fraud Measures

To help keep returns fair and protect customers from increasing cases of online fraud, Punk & Poodle may occasionally request additional evidence before a refund or replacement is approved.

In some cases, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the item from multiple angles in natural light
  • A short video showing the product in its original packaging or during unboxing
  • Clear images showing internal packaging (e.g. polystyrene or filler layout)
  • Proof that our tamper-evident sticker is still attached and unaltered
  • Return of the item for in-house verification against internal stock identifiers

We work with several boutique suppliers (some shared with other retailers), so these checks help us confirm authenticity and make sure the item came directly from us. Many products include unique identifiers or tamper-proof labels for this reason.

Please note:

  • If we’re unable to verify that an item originated from Punk & Poodle, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement.
  • Any removal, alteration, or evidence of tampering with our tamper-evident stickers will void eligibility for any refund or replacement.
  • Any signs of deliberate or man-made damage (for example, intentionally broken or misused items) will also void eligibility.
  • The use of AI-generated, edited, or manipulated images will be treated as fraudulent activity and result in claim rejection.

These steps aren’t here to make life difficult — they simply protect all of our customers and ensure genuine claims are handled fairly and quickly.
