All items in our Artisan Collection are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure they are free from structural and manufacturing defects. Each product will be tagged by us, assuring you it has been carefully checked. 

Tool markings, purposeful distressed finishes, and other handmade details are expected and considered normal for these type of artisan products. These features add to the individuality and character of each item.

We kindly ask you to read our product descriptions and carefully review the photos provided before making a purchase.

If you are very specific about the finish, we recommend requesting additional images before making your purchase. This helps ensure you are completely happy with your item.
