Christmas Delivery 2022
For STANDARD 48hr Tracked* delivery, place your order by midday on Thursday 15Th December.
For EXPRESS 24hr Tracked* delivery, place your order by midday on Friday 16th December.
For any orders received outside of these times, we are unable to guarantee that these will be processed and delivered for Christmas as will will be closing our shop early for the Christmas break.
*Tracked to delivery point with SMS/Email notifications and flexible delivery options before delivery is attempted such as Safeplace and delivery to a preferred neighbour.
As many customers will be aware, postal strikes and delayed courier deliveries are causing disruption during December that is particularly affecting Christmas deliveries. We are working around the clock and longer hours to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible and have already updated our website to show estimated delivery dates that reflect potential delays.
It might seem that our last ordering dates are a bit early but with so much disruption, we would rather be honest about Christmas deliveries then have our lovely customers expecting parcels that we cannot guarantee to have delivered before the big day!
We will be closed early for Christmas
We will not be dispatching any orders between 16th - 27th December whilst we take an early Christmas break to spend time with family. Last year our holiday to celebrate a number of milestone birthdays was cancelled due to Covid and so it is important to us to spend this time together to celebrate what was missed. We will resume dispatching orders from 28th December. You will also still be able to contact us during this time if you have any queries.
On top of all the challenges we might be facing personally with the current cost of living, not being able to deliver to you our customers so close to Christmas is rather a blow for many small businesses, including ours.
If you are not able to shop with us this year due to our delivery dates, my only ask is if you can choose to shop small and support other small businesses that need your custom more than ever in these times. And of course, we'll always be here for whenever you are ready to shop with us, may it be this year or next.
